Choosing furniture is harder than it looks. The right sofa in the wrong fabric, or the right configuration in the wrong size, is still the wrong sofa. Our team's job is to make sure that doesn't happen — by asking the right questions before you commit to anything.
What We Help With
When you come in, we start with your room: dimensions, flooring, lighting, existing pieces you're keeping. From there we work through what you're actually looking for — seating capacity, how the room gets used, durability requirements, and aesthetic direction. Most customers come in thinking they know what they want and leave with something slightly different that fits their life better.
We help you navigate fabric and leather selection from over 1,000 options across our Bassett and Palliser lines — narrowing a thousand choices down to three or four realistic candidates based on your household, your maintenance preferences, and your style. We pull physical swatches and drape them over the frames you're considering so you can see the actual result, not a digital rendering.
No Appointment Necessary
Walk-ins are welcome any time we're open. If you're working on a larger project or want to ensure dedicated time with a team member, feel free to call ahead.
What to Bring
If you have them, room dimensions are helpful — especially the wall length where a sofa will sit and any doorways or hallways the piece needs to pass through for delivery. Photos of your room on your phone are even better. If you don't have any of that, don't worry — we can work through it in the showroom.
