White-Glove Delivery to Your Home
When your furniture is ready, we handle everything from our door to yours. Our delivery team brings the piece into your home, places it exactly where you want it, and removes all packaging before they leave. You don't carry anything.
What White-Glove Delivery Includes
White-glove delivery means your furniture arrives the way it should — fully assembled, positioned in the room, with packaging and materials removed. Our team is experienced with furniture of all sizes, including sectionals, large entertainment pieces, and home theater seating that requires careful maneuvering through doorways, stairways, and tight spaces.
Before You Order — Checking Your Access
The most common delivery surprise is a piece that doesn't fit through a doorway, around a corner, or down a staircase. Before you finalize your order, our team will help you think through the route from your front door to the room. Bring your doorway measurements if you have them — particularly any narrow hallways or turns between the entry and the final placement location.
For sectionals and larger pieces, some configurations can be ordered in smaller sections that are assembled on-site. If access is a concern, let us know at the time of purchase and we'll build that into the order.
Delivery Timeline
For custom-order Bassett and Palliser pieces, delivery is scheduled once your order arrives from the manufacturer — typically 6 to 8 weeks from order date. For Parker House finished goods, availability timelines vary by piece. We'll give you a specific delivery window at the time of purchase.
